UNKNOWN STARCH ADDITIVE
CONTAINS STARCH ADDITIVE/FILLER! Tested with iodine and water for starch additive and water turned purple. What a waste and MISLEADING per NOT INCLUDED IN INGREDIENTS LIST! What else are you ingesting if NOT a Pure Product. BUYER BEWARE

Excellent quality magnesium glycinate! Very easy on the stomach and absorbs well. I’ve noticed better sleep and reduced muscle cramps within a few days. Great value for a vegan supplement

I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for many years in ever increasing dosages. While it was definitely helpful over that time, too often I was getting painful nocturnal leg cramping (I suspect the cause may be related to either the Statin medication I am on for cholesterol control, or the calcium channel blocker for high BP) Whatever the cause, taking magnesium was the correct thing to do for many reasons. So, in mild desperation, I switched to the Glycinate version which is better absorbed by the body. I am happy to report that after a few weeks, I am hardly experiencing those sudden painful leg spasms any more! It may be too early to be so positive, but hey, that's what's happening. Glycinate is definitely an improvement over Citrate for me. Next, I may switch again to Bisglycinate which is apparently even better absorbed than Glycinate. It does look to be a bit more expensive though so I'll not be in a hurry to do so. Meantime, this gets a 'thumb up' from me.
