I recently purchased this Electric Scooter and have been thoroughly impressed by its performance and features. I bought this scooter to ride it when my children riding bike at the park. The frame is thick and well designed. The inclusion of a comfortable, adjustable seat elevates the riding experience for longer journeys. Whether it's daily commuting or leisurely rides around the neighborhood, the seat's comfort truly sets this scooter apart. Safety was evidently a top priority in its design, with dependable brakes and responsive lights that ensure visibility and control, especially during night rides. Assembly was a breeze, and the scooter feels sturdy and well-built. The materials used appear durable. Overall, I would recommend this scooter for the quality and price.

I received this today and it was damaged all scratched up. It also said it goes 25 miles a hour but it only goes 15. My handle bar won’t tighten up so it feels like it’s gonna fall off it scares me. Also it advertised the battery 48 volt -15AH and I received 36 volt -13 AH. I’m so disappointed. Also it says Front Dick brakes and yes no mistake on my spelling it literally says front dick brake. I don’t know what to do I spent so much money.

UPDATE: ( This scooter has more issues than Publishing Clearinghouse) Plugged the scooter in on the 3rd day since i received the scooter, sparks fly and now the charger light stays green and doesnt charge scooter ( now I have to buy a replacement charger) and hopefully sparks has not affected the components of the scooter itself. Rubbing noise is back, squealing noise everytime i brake on both wheels .Annoyingly loud to everyone who are in ear shot. The only redeeming quality is that this thing can fly! The sad excuse for an owners manual failed to mention a very important detail. There is a "M" button next to the speedometer. Push that to change speed modes. Eco, Standard and holy s...Turbo. I honestly got the scooter up to 40+ mph on the 3rd speed. I don't believe it has a speed limiter, but I'm not complaining about that. However, that doesnt make up for its multiple flaws, constant rubbing sound when in motion. I released the brake caliber and noise was gone, Update: the rubbing sound came back. Not so noticeable but still exist. Handle bar stem flimsy Im one quick stop from it popping off or bending and flying over the handlebars. Seat won't stay up without rigging it. Display is defective, and inaccurate mph calibration. Not very excited about the scooter besides the turbo boost. If customer service could help me fix the problems ( if there was a way to get ahold of someone from Askgo customer assistance goes directly to Amazon, not the seller.) I will update my review as progress is made or not. It's not a terrible scooter if the problems can be fixed, seems haphazardly assembled. Some of the same issues as the other reviewer. Torn grip paper upon delivery. I again recommend shopping around. You probably don't want the headaches and the stress this has given me in 3 days upon receiving. I should be happy with my expensive purchase and excited to ride it. I am not. Chances are that.it will be returned. Not happy with the quality, craftsmanship and lack of Askgo customers service. Update: It still rattles like crazy with every slight bump in the road. and all the other problems mentioned still exist, where is customer service? Do they read that there are reviews that are blasting them.? Amazon: please forward my contact email and complaints to Askgo. So that they can take care of these issues asap or I will be returning the scooter for a full refund. NEW UPDATE: Finally heard from "customer service" they promised me a replacement charger, for the faulty one I recieved with reverse polarity a month ago. First, they said a couple of days, then 2 weeks because it's being "flown in" from China and I still haven't recieved it. I imagine it was flown in by bird and something happened to it. I want to say something nice about this company, but I don't have anything to say. I will never do business with this company again. Buy at your own risk. Trust me, avoid at all cost.

While was putting the front stem together i noticed the stem is bent i hope it would straighten when I tried and force it and it didn't break I took it for a spin and I loved the exhilaration it does go 25 MPh which is why I bought it to begin with

So let me start by saying wow! I done probably a few hundred miles on this scooter and I really don't understand why it has so many negative reviews some are obvious which I named customer installation incorrect for example the handle bars the sleeve needs to go flat side facing driver the black screw needs to be torqued as far as possible before putting the butterfly latch in position the same thing with the seat after my first ride I had equal problems but quickly realized my mistake this goes for the seat as well, battery I manage to get around 37-40 miles per charge which very slow but I'm sure I can upgrade the charger, speed I really don't think they put a limiter on the chip I seen a review saying they went 45mph well folks that's not a joke I'm 225 pounds and I got it to 47.6 mph I'm positive is your half the weight it's just going to fly! Charging always remember to connect the charger to the wall beforehand so you don't have a surge which a different reviewer submitted so you can't blame the company for your mistakes! No issues whatsoever!

Bike seat is uncomfortable. And it kind of struggles to get up hills. It'll make it but slowly. Speed is great on flat surfaces amd roads.Brake lights and turn signals work as they should. I recommend getting bike mirrors for safety. Assembly was easy. Charges fast if not dead. Speed/ distance is determined by your weight.

Bought this for my son’s birthday. We had it for approximately 2 days before it did not start. We reached out to make a return and still have not heard back. How do we get this fixed? That’s a lot of money for a product that doesn’t work after 2 days.

the battery is the voltage advertised. The motor is not over rated it is 500 watts. It has a real horn brake light turn signals and headlight. The charger is rated at 2 amp. It is however speed capped at 25 miles per hour on speed 3. Thats fine by me something that small dont need to go over 30 any way. Ive used it one time so far for a mile in speed 1 it showed 15 miles per hour on the guage. It did just fine. To bad the storage box is smaller than it looks and it actually has padding on it for a small kid ? maybe? Im not to sure i would want to put much weight on the storage box it is plastic.
