Immunity patch
I was very skeptical about results but have been very pleased. I usually get sick this time of year and need a steroid shot. Not this year since I’ve been wearing these patches! Do not use near your naval as I developed a sore and still have a scar a month later.

It can be a much better choice depending on circumstances
My husband is quite susceptible to infections in the winter and they linger for a long time. Anything that he can do to decrease the likelihood or duration of illness is so important. When I saw a patch was available as an immunity booster, we had to give it a try. He likes that he doesn't have to ingest because he's sensitive to a lot of prescriptions, OTC and supplements. Can wear all day without it stickiness coming off. However, haven't tried it under more aggressive circumstances like showering, working out, more physical house/yard work. Doesn't irritate skin. Not sure about effectiveness. He hasn't gotten sick but neither has anyone else around us. This is super convenient. More expensive than supplements been getting but if this is a better fit for you, they aren't very expensive when break it down to daily use.

Great results!
We started putting these very thin patches on the day before we left for our trip. Our friends got colds and coughs but we managed to escape it. I’m giving credit to these immunity patches!

These patches don't stay on.
I used this during covid season just recently. I didn't like them because they wouldn't stay on. The adhesive wasn't very good.

I love these patches
I am so excited to have found these. I have been getting sick more often lately so I was looking for an immunity boost but I absolutely hate taking pills. Now I don’t have to take them. These are so convenient. I usually put mine on my upper arm when I get home from work and take it off when I get up the next morning. However I have worn it during the day and it is sticky enough to last through a gym workout even a bath didn’t cause it to fall off. When I take it off there is no mark left on my skin and they aren’t itchy when worn all day. However they do tend to lose most of their stickiness if you try to take them off and reposition them. There really is no way however to tell how much vitamins are being absorbed but I have read that transdermal application can have better bioavailability than pills. I figure it has to be more effective than the multi-vitamins that sit on my shelf. This is the third product that I’ve ordered from this same company as I feel like the quality and value are both good.

Finicky, iffy stickiness, label question
I had heard about vitamin patches before, and was interested in giving this a try. Patches seem to have a strong following in general, with good ratings and reviews. My review will be for this specific product by this company as a first-time user. First, I'm particular about dosages, and very much like to know how much of the listed primary ingredients I am getting per dose. I know that one scoop of my vitamin C powder is 1,000mg, and how much protein is in my smoothie mix. I don't understand why companies (like this one, as one example) don't put that information directly on their product labels. The four ingredients are listed on the package, but the dosages are not. You have to return to the product page online and skip to product image #7 to see the breakdown. That is terribly inconvenient, and either an oversight by the company or a misjudgment in product packaging. The packaging otherwise is lovely, clean and neat. Even the patches come in stylish sheets, and each individual patch has a faint product design on them. The package is pretty flat and light, so it's easy to store and carry. Issue: doesn't stick. I'm sure the plastic-like sticker itself is waterproof, but doesn't matter if it doesn't stick to the skin. I like to use lotions and oils, so I did a test. First, I simply wiped the area (upper arm) with an alcohol wipe, then placed the patch. It was mostly ok, but, another misstep in this product design, the patch easily picks up residue from your fingertip when you peel it off the sheet, and that spot simply will not stick to the skin. Very, very finicky, this product. I took my normal extra warm shower, and the patch definitely did not survive that, even with me avoiding the area. Since the first one only lasted a short time, and the dosages are low, I decided to try another after my shower when my skin was dry and squeaky clean. With minimal-to-no hair on my upper arm, I tried patch #2, opposite arm. By the morning, the patch was about 1/3rd pulled away from my skin. Did I get any echinacea in my system? How would one ever know? Dosages: The amount listed for zinc is pretty good. Zinc supplements often come in 50mg dosages, which is too high for me, so 17.5 in this patch is perfect for me. As for the vitamin C, the amount is honestly laughable, with an orange giving you 5x's what's in this patch. The patch is convenient, yes, if it works, but 10mg is such a small amount. As for echinacea, personally, any amount I get is good for me, even this very small amount. But others should speak with their medical professional first, as even a small amount may not be recommended with a list of medical ailments, even diabetes. Not sure why ginkgo biloba is in this... maybe for the antioxidant quality. I'd rather see GSE or magnesium or castor oil instead as the fourth ingredient. Price: HIGH. At the regular list price of $24.00 for 30 patches, yes, you're paying under a buck per patch. But considering the patch quality and the small dosages, I can get a quality daily multivitamin or other supplement that offers much more of each ingredient, and the dosages will be listed on the product. The patch may be best for those who like the novelty, don't mind a small boost of these four ingredients (especially on top of their normal daily dosages), for those who don't have the option of water, or those who cannot swallow or need to avoid pills altogether, even briefly.

I'm not a fan of rating supplements like this due to placebo effect, but these seem to work.
I ended up using these when I was getting a slightly froggy throat, and nothing happened to me after I wore this for a day, but the others in my house got sick. Has pretty decent ease of use. The quality seems solid. There's no taste to speak of, because obviously you shouldn't eat this. The stickiness is OK, although I did find that these fell off a bit more often than I expected, but only after the 8 hours of expected use anyway, so it's not much of a loss. They feel like it has a decent effectiveness and the value for the money is OK, but nothing exemplary. I would definitely get these on sale and see if these work again!
