I am very pleased with these electrolyte gummies. I have found that when I am working out hard and I drink my electrolytes I sometimes get nauseous . We bought these electrolyte gummies for my teen son who dislikes the taste of several electrolyte powder packets added to water. He has been swimming competitively for 5 years. His swim team practice is about 1-2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and he was beginning to have several cramps due to inadequate hydration. Once he began taking these gummies 1-2x a day along with drinking 32 oz water during practice, he stopped having muscle cramps. He still believes the gummies are too hard for his liking but it is not a fight to get him to eat them as it was to get him to drink liquid IV packets with water. I'm hoping this works long term as he struggles with texture issues with several foods.
