I bought this set for the cleaver, but the small knife is actually my favorite. The cleaver is not as thick as i was hoping, but it's a proper chopper. The mid-sized knife is a bit on the thicker side, but the wife used it this morning to slice our first tomato from our garden without sweat. I must say, however, the small knife is the real diamond of the three. My wife can't press it directly into a plate so it stays nice and sharp, and it's absolutely perfect for slicing through ribs, the slight hook to it makes it perfect for the task. It's also great for processing fish, though it is not the standard filet shape. I threw these through the dishwasher, they held up fine. I will very likely purchase an additional larger set from this company, it's great Japanese steel.

These guys do the job, used them for my bbq competition to cut my whole chicken. It’s a great set, price was just right. They’re a little on the heavy side, but overall great and did the job just right.

Perfect Set of knives. Fits well in the hand, sharp, sharp, sharp. Worth the price. Well made. Storage/carry-along pouch is simple but extremely functional for storage oand protection for the set. Ideal for the Kitchen, for camping and hunting. Now if only the handles were made of a nice wood like red wood or something decorative? They would have received 5 stars.

These knives are so sharp I have to recount my fingers after using them..the best knives I ever owned.

Set is kool. Can also double as a kick ass set for camping or the pushing up daisy's type intruder.

Easy to setup and use. Works great.

Knife set is pretty cool. The only drawback for me is that the blades are fairly thick and heavy. Keeping them sharp bay not be very easy. Although i haven't had to sharpen them as of yet. Great feature is that they come in a roll up pouch. Can easily be stored in a camping bag for hiking or travel. These are my backups for when I'm out and away from home. Great to have with you.
