TL;DR Version: This product is incredible. I highly recommend it! Long Version: I've had kidney stones, had to do the surgery (laser), had to do the stent. Awful. Absolutely the worst pain of my life. The worst part was feeling so helpless. It was like, one second I was fine, the next I was in excruciating, vomit-inducing, doubled-over pain -- like my body betrayed me out of nowhere. Needless to say, after the pain, the surgery, the stent, the meds, the being unable to work, the whole thing was something that I very much did not ever want to do again. The problem being -- studies show that ~50% of people who get stones once will probably get them again within ~5 years. What a nightmare. So I started researching a bunch of products out there to try and figure out how to stop it from happening. I'd seen things that claimed to maybe help break up once you already had them again -- no thanks, I don't want to get them again (and to be honest don't know how legit those were), but most people were like... "Good luck, bud." No. Not good enough. I wanted to know how they formed to begin with so I can figure out how to reduce the likelihood of them forming again. But what I found out was annoying. Basically, for most people that get kidney stones -- (I think like 70% of people) calcium oxalate stones are the ones you get. The calcium (from food or other stuff or literally just your bones shedding it) and the oxalates (high in chocolate, spinach, okay not going to list it because it's in so many things) bind together and then create stones. This is why drinking more water helps because it dilutes the content of both those things in your urine. But still, your urine may lack the extra stuff that makes it harder for those to bind and then you're at higher risk anyway... Which leads to the kicker... KSPtabs... which I saw were developed by a urologist. Effervescent tablets that dissolve in 12-16 oz of water that you drink. Okay, so how does that help prevent kidney stones from forming? Obviously, anything getting you to consume more water is great. But the KSPtabs also have stuff in them that make your urine content better at fighting off stone formation. Win-win. I take them twice per day (for a long time now) and I don't ever plan to stop. Taste great. Help keep me healthy. I love this product. Haven't had a stone since. Seriously. Flavor is good. Easy to use. I like the size of the tubes, they are easy to open and great for travel.

Wow! Just wow! First glass I drunk and it felt like a flood Noahs Ark!!!! My kidneys were celebrating and I can feel them celebrating with joy! They need hydration and were crying for help! If you want to stay hydrated and promote great kidney help these are a must try!!!!! I hope they will help to increase my egfr!

Flavor is great and easy to use. Hard to tell immediate impacts but so far so good. Will update if anything changes.

I have been using KSP Tabs for the last 2 years and have had great results! I drink them with my water each morning and afternoon and they keep me hydrated (and make water taste better). I also don’t travel without them and they are great for ski trips in the mountains. I’m also happy to report my family has never had kidney stones and I attribute that to KSP Tabs.

My urologist recommended these tabs after I developed a 5mm kidney stone. The taste is mild so a nice enhancement to water. It isn’t sweet which I like. Not sure if it truly helps but I’ll do anything to avoid that kind of pain again.
