This stuff works great. I put it on my legs before going to bed and am not getting the leg cramps nearly as often as I was before using it.

I have sore, bone deep pain in both my legs that seems worse at night. I have a script for restless legs and this takes care of the other pain. Works fast!

This product may work for minor pain but did not touch my acute sciatica pain. Trying to twist the top off may aggravate your back pain. My husband had to twist it off for me because I could not do it or didn't understand how. I would send it back but would like to try it for leg cramps. I did like that it was easy to roll on.

It works very well and quiet quickly.

Works great on my husband and my pains in arms, neck and shoulder.
