Worked perfect
Well sealed bottle in the box. Nice and bright blue under a UV light. Will be grabbing another bottle after repairs are completed to verify we got all of the leaks. Update 3/11/25 Ordered second bottle, yep, missing it's cap and the foil was punctured like other people complained about so I guess you have a 50/50 shot of getting something that's actually usable.

Works great with GM Dexcool to find leak
I poured the whole bottle in my 06 Tahoe that has Dexcool antifreeze, drove around a day to let it circulate thru the system. I waited until it was starting to get dark outside then used a blacklight that I ordered from Amazon and shined all over the cooling system. I was able to find the coolant leak easily with this dye and the blacklight. You can not see it without using a blacklight.

Dyeabolical!
If you're looking for a dye to dye your undyed fluid, look no further than this fine product from AC Delco! This dye will dye your undyed fluid utilizing dyes developed using AC Delco's possibly proprietary production process program parameters, thus resulting in a dye that glows bright and dye-like under a dye-enhancing UV light (sold separately). Dying your fluid with this dye will result in a fluid that is easy to spot, using the aforementioned dye-enhancing UV light, due to its dye-like properties. Like they say, "At AC Delco: We're dying to dye your undyed dye-needing needs!"

Does what is supposed to. You have to have ...
Does what is supposed to. You have to have a black light and it has to be dark out of course to see it. Unfortunately our engine misted it all over from where ever it was leaking so it was hard to see the source of the leak because it was glowing everywhere. It didn't work out so well because of that but the product worked as stated.

Glow in the dark
I put the entire bottle in my 17 Sierra cooling system to find a pesky microscopic leak and it worked flawlessly with a generic black light. Well worth the $10. Probably could have used half the bottle and still found any leak.

Good product and does exactly what it says to do
Not sure why the instruction sheet isn’t given with the individual bottle, but here it is. Basically, use at 1 bottle per 4 gallon of coolant treat rate, no need to flush the coolant out afterwards, have used these on orange dex cool vehicles many times, always worked great.

Great to find slow dripping or hidden leaks
I used this in "average" every vehicle coolant (Yellow) instead of in Dexcool as directed and have had no problems at all. I tested a small amount of the coolant and dye together before-hand, most of the mixture being dye, and saw no problems with the coolant and dye mixing. Extremely easy to use but you will make a UV mess if you're not careful.

Seems to be genuine Delco dye. I haven't had a leak happen yet with it in the system but I expect it'll do what it should if and when the time comes... Ran it in a couple systems for a couple months and doesn't seem to have caused any problems.

Just replaced the radiator on a 2015 Buick Enclave. A month later, can smell antifreeze. Could see wet all over but not where from. Added this dye, ran it for 20mins, could see the leaks immediately. Both passenger side upper rad hose, and a smaller leak from driver's side lower rad hose. Needed a UV/blacklight to see, as expected. Will buy again if needed. 5*****
