As soon as I got the package I could smell it so I knew something must be broken. My delivery had been delayed so I wondered if it was an accident on Amazon's part. After looking at each bottle I found it was only the rosemary that had leaked. The cap is loose so there's only half of it left now. Smells great and can't wait to try them though!

All you need in one package! Came faster than expected and was shipped carefully.The box is wonderfully designed and would be great for gift giving.I haven’t used them yet and would give another review if the product deems unsatisfactory.

PACKAGING & MALFUNCTION: Firstly....the smell was very evident prior to opening the box. The Lemongrass had a pleasantly strong (not overbearing) smell. However, I realized I smelled it so much because it spilled inside the package. Therefore, I didn't even get to have a full bottle.Wasn't sure if it was opened by someone or not...but two of the other oils had a broken plastic seal and didn't have a full bottle.REALLY NOT COOL to resell something that was opened and then spilled. Next time I will return if any of them are opened. It doesn't look like someone used most of it and then returned...but more so as if someone opened the few to smell them, and then decided not to use them after all.FOR ALL THAT this should've been sold at a discounted price.SMELL: The smells so far are AAAMMMZZIIINNNGGG!!!!!! I can't wait to start mixing my favs. The little bit of oil that got onto my hand because of the spill upon opening the package; didn't seem too thick. The oils seem to be of good quality, but light to the touch. Plan to use for hair sprays, baths, etc.*Will update comment if I notice any pros or cons (such as staining, etc.)

For one thing, the customer service of this seller is excellent. I had a lavender oil leak, and they promptly replaced the lavender and sent an extra oil to make up for the inconvenience. So I would recommend this seller a dozen times over.But now, let me give you the lowdown on these oils:TLDR: These are strong, stable, well sealed, well packaged, and effective oils. The eucalyptus and peppermint have all but cured one of my relative's migraines, and the tea tree oil saved my relationship with my roommate when I accidentally left wet clothes in the washer for a week. (It was smelling good as new by the time I was done)Now for the details....if you're willing to read them (Highly recommended)ARE THESE OILS FAKE?First of all, define "fake?" There are several posts on here talking about how these oils were proven to be a scam. One of the methods that they use to define purity is Gas Chromatography. I used this when studying organic chemistry, and basically, you run the oil through a machine, and it gives you a graph with "blips" where certain chemicals react. I have attached one of these graphs so that you can see an example. It's the graph of the Basil's essential oil. (Also, everything is a chemical, so please don't say "I want my essential oils free of chemicals.) If a substance is "pure," you should expect "blips" at a very specific pattern in the graph with NO deviations, but apparently, with these oils, there are "blips" where there shouldn't be.That being said, these are authentic essential oils, but in order to distill them to be 100% pure, it takes time, patience, and frankly, luck to keep them from decomposing into a chemical you don't want (which means extra "blips" on the graph). Trust me, I've distilled orange oil and clove oil in ochem lab (never again....please God)So you may notice you're not paying a premium. This is because these oils were not painstakingly distilled to 100% purity. It costs exponentially more for just a little more purity, so that's why these are so cheap. They could be 97% pure, but it takes tons more time and money to get them to 100%, so why not just enjoy them? I've been using them for months for aromatherapy, and have experienced nothing but healing. Obviously if you're going to be consuming them, you should go for something more expensive. But these are PERFECT for aromatherapy, and you shouldn't pay a premium if you're just using them for bath bombs and homemade cleaner.I hope this helped you guys. I love these oils, and if they're good enough for me, they are good enough for you!

Yes I have gone through one box already and on my second. I tried another brand but came back to the artnaturals because they mix well together and they definitely give a spa like experience. I can’t go a day with turning on my diffuser I’m so happy with this product!!

These oils work, as far as purity and quality. True to the scent and a great deal for what you get!

The rose did not smell like rose. The other box was closer to the scents but not a s good as others I have purchased at Bed, Bath and beyond.

Works just as good as expensive brands for using in diffuser etc. I’ve been using this brand for years. The only downside is that some of the bottles leak during transit. I always have one or two bottles that have leaked all over when I open my package. They need to secure the caps better. But the product itself is great and affordable.

I bought the original scents a few years ago (variety of 8 for £14.95) and they ran out after 3 years. I then bought another product from Amazon as it seemed to have good reviews but it left a horrible smell and sticky gunk in my oil diffuser. I had to return it straight away as it was damaging my diffusers.I bought this again (although less fragrances 6 for £16.18, unsure of the reason for the price hike) - it's brought the great smell back around my house.This is a great product for essential oil diffusers - it doesn't have a horrible after smell or it does not leave any residue behind - highly recommend buying this.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.Good selection of scents, quality seems very good to me and packaging was nice. Came eithba handy little booklet with suggested scent combinations.Would make a great gift or starter pack.Only problem was one of the vials was leaking and had leaked on the packaging. Thankfully not enough to leak through, and plenty left in the vial, so I didn't bother sending the item back. Would have been a bit annoying though if sent as a gift.

Absolutely STUNNING collection. I love this brand so much after I stumbled across them when looking for some frankincense for my mum... never expected the quality that I actually got for the price - OUTSTANDING. The set is beautifully presented and feels really special. Inside you find a booklet which I thought was just advertisements and almost threw away, but it’s actually a really informative book on recipes you can create for all different kinds of ailments!! All of them smell gorgeous, exactly as they should. This company are fantastic, you have a customer for life!!!

It's taking me awhile to get a grasp of some of these oils, but the ones I have used I am happy with. They seem to be good quality. Some of the dropper bottles are a bit hard to control and I consistently get one or two drops more than I usually want. There may be a trick to it, but I haven't figured it out! For the money, though, this is a good set. I might have chosen a few different oils for a "top 16" kit, but still, I'm happy with them overall.

Like the product and this one was my second purchase but :A few bottles came dripping ( because the foam has coloured) and cannot open ( again) 3 bottles due of the crew opening its defect.I allready required a replacement....did what they tald me but I never heard from them again.Pity such a chain of unfortunate events with this company.
