I experienced increased vertigo, dizziness, nausea taking this supplement. Such is not entirely new for me but it was definitely worse when I took these in the morning. I didn't suspect this supplement until about the 4th day. So I did a little experiment over a couple weeks and took notes. I stopped and started back with various days in-between. Tried with and without food. Days I took these pills were the worse. Symptoms continued for a 1-2 days post not taking them. When I started them again, the vertigo returned / worsened with continued use. I completely stopped a little over a week ago and symptoms have not recently returned.

I have found this to help manage stress and help find calm.

Product is very good, for calming and relaxing, everytime I take it I feel sleepy so I only use at night. I would recommend.

I wish there were more that came in the package due to the fact that you must take two every day and they are very large. But the product works very well and I am a fan of holistic/ natural products. I use it to replace pharmaceuticals.
