looking for a product that will give me extra energy when it comes to trying to avoid drinking too much caffeine or other caffeinated beverages. It is nice to have options such as this. That said the fact that the effects of this product is cumulative and takes time to show results means that it should not be considered a quick fix for sluggishness or low energy. I think there are some subtle hints of there being additional benefits to this product and perhaps they will manifest as well but also make sure that you follow the instructions that says to take this in between meals versus with food because it probably absorbs very easily into other foods. Only a few days in I am noticing no real energy, boost or other effects, but I am not concerned. There are no aftertaste issues or complications with other herbal supplements thus far.At $28 MSRP for a 30-day supply, YMMV

My energy and stamina have both increased leading to more intense workouts that have produced more strength. Highly effective and excellent quality formula that is easy to swallow. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects and the benefits are very consistent. An excellent value!

After three weeks of ingesting these supplements, I did not experience any of the stated effects even though these seem to have all the ingredients for creating the results it claims but I could not verify any of them. Other than there is no taste or after taste. This does not mean these are not effective. It was ineffective for ME. They could be good for you but my body chemistry basically urinated them out. This is very common and you probably already know if you frequently take these types of supplements that they are very hit or miss. I do not know why this concoction of herbal energy failed me. I didn't have any side effects at all. How they could help you, I cannot say. But you would need to try them yourself, keeping in mind that results vary. If this doesn't work something else might. I was looking for a substitute for my usual pills since they've increased the price. These didn't do what I expected, no damage was done so I will find another.
