Great gadget tool to have when doing keto - easy to use and seems pretty accurate for testing and is small and compact and easy to put in your bag to always have on hand in keeping you on track for keto dieting - I would recommend for anyone who does keto and tracks their ketones

Completely inaccurate! I have been doing strict keto and am on a water fast right now. The pee strips I'm using say I'm in full ketosis but this meter never goes above level 1.

The meter is great. Easy to use, just turn it on, wait for it to heat up around a minute and a blow, and you get instant results. I've done 5 tests so far, and cross referenced all and I get the same results, absolutely worth it.

I just started using the Keto Breath Meter ZH03, but so far I’m really pleased with it. Right out of the box, it feels well made and sturdy, which gave me confidence in the quality. It’s compact and lightweight, so it doesn’t take up much space at all. The setup and instructions were very easy to follow, and I was able to use it right away without any confusion. The readings are quick and simple to understand, which I appreciate as someone who’s new to using a breath meter. It already feels much more convenient than dealing with test strips. Even though I’m early in using it, I’m excited to keep tracking my progress with this device. It seems like a simple, reusable tool that will fit easily into my routine, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it helps me stay motivated on keto.

Once I understood that you have to let this warm up at first it all made sense. I have found it to be extremely accurate. And I look forward to testing my levels. It makes me think about what I eat and is very portable so I've made sure to have it with me. A box it comes in, is actually a very nice carrying case. If keto is a thing for you then this tool comes highly recommended.

It works exactly as described. It is lightweight, easy to carry, and is accurate to the best of my ability. The sensor is slightly finicky and you need to truly blow right into it for a full five seconds for it to register, otherwise it can read as falsely low sometimes. The warm up period is indeed long and is around 2 minutes or so, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. For the price and not having to waste a bunch of single use disposable plastics every time, it is worth it.

Pure junk! Testing 1.7-2.3 on blood meter for ketones, but seeing no signs of ketosis with this breath meter. Complete waste of money : )

First of all, this is a very sleek looking product and seems to be made with high-quality products. It had a USB-C charger and a good digital display. The compactness of it was also very desirable. But ultimately, I don’t know if it actually worked or not. I tried it with a few different people who were in keto states, but it didn’t seem to work very well and gave them either a zero or one rating. It is possible that they were in keto for too long and their body has just become so efficient at using the ketones in their body that they weren’t emitting anymore through their breath. I’m not sure though. I would recommend anybody who’s purchasing this product to also get a secondary testing method to verify if this is working such as urine strips. I would fast for 17 hours and not eat any carbs but it would say I’d either had zero or one on the keto reader. So I don’t know if it was me or if it was the device. UPDATE: I added an extra star because, although I already had a refund, the seller did reach out after seeing my review to apologize and offer a refund as well. That does indicate good customer service.
