I’ve been using Inno Shred with GLP-1 support for about 3 weeks now, and honestly I’m impressed. As a mom working on losing postpartum weight, I’ve tried a lot of things, but this one has actually helped me feel a difference. One of the biggest things I noticed right away was my reduced appetite. I don’t feel like snacking all day anymore, and I’m able to stick to my meal plan without feeling starved. That’s a huge win for me. The GLP-1 support blend they added really helps control cravings in a more natural way without making me jittery or sick like some fat burners.

I’ve been taking it for a month and am liking it so far. I take it in the morning 30 min before my workout. This has been nice because I no longer need to take pre workout to feel energized for my workout and I don’t need coffee before going to work. I do agree with others that these pills can increase heart rate or cause some anxiety, but I offset that by consuming less caffeine from other sources and I drink magnesium or ashwaganda based beverages/tea during the day. It’s helped a lot and I don’t feel as intense after taking the pills. But I don’t get sick from it like others have mentioned. In fact, I don’t crave sugar as much anymore and I’m finding myself staying more on track with my diet/exercise. I ordered more to continue forward to see how this plays out for me with reaching my fitness goals.

Bought this to try and had high hopes. I’m two days in and while I will continue to try and use it longer…. I have to agree with what the other reviews are saying… it makes you feel sick… almost flu like, makes you go to the bathroom. Just all around for a couple hours you will feel off… heart rate also elevated. That being said… it seems I have lost a couple pounds but not sure it was in a good way. Unless things change I would not recommend purchasing. If I notice a difference and get use to it I’ll update the review accordingly.

It's hard to find a pre-workout that isn't targeted towards men, this one seems to work well for me as a petite woman. I like that I was able to get a little boost for my workouts and didn't feel a jittery rush or a crash that you get from a lot of pre-workouts. I think this also helped me not eat quite as many snacks in the evening.

Im using it to burn fat, it helps me control my appetite , metabolism and give energy , i feel good using them irecommend it .

Made me incredibly sick to my stomach

Do not take 2 at a time. Start out with 1 capsule twice daily or just 1 then see if you can work your way up.1 will control your appetite all day, 2 will cause elevated BP and sweats and will actually scare you into thinking something is seriously wrong.

Take 2 in the morning with my eggs white and turkey sausage keeps me feeling full longer. I don’t feel the need to snack throughout the day. Feel comfortable all day with 3 meals and no snacking. Big soda drinker but Ive been trying to get away from it. I barely drink any lately just water. Never felt sick from taking them or anything. a lot of 1 stars saying they felt ill but I think it just depends on the person? Idk. 4 star because the price.
