You will be happy with this computer!
very happy with the performance, look and feel of the laptop. easy to setup. i like the backlit keyboard feature too. Battery life is ok.

Received a (broken) Refurbished Laptop!
Received a refurbished unit! My first red flag was the box — it was already open and unsealed. After powering it on, the fan was extremely loud, to the point that it was distracting to both me and others in my class. It honestly felt like I was sent someone else’s returned (and defective) laptop. If you decide to order this model, make absolutely sure you’re not receiving a refurbished unit. We got our bad (and returned) unit from Cardinal Pro Electronics. The "Pro" stands for "Previously Returned, Obviously"...

I would be much better off if they were somewhat honest.
It's a good laptop, overlooking the fact that they clearly don't specify that it's a refurbished product. It arrived in perfect condition, in its original box with everything, and it works relatively well. The only problem perhaps is the battery, which lasts approximately 5-6 hours, but for me it's enough. Good for light gaming and for work.

CANNOT FUNCTION OFF THE CHARGER
This computer does everything it says….but it dies in LITERALLY 30 minutes without the charger. If you wanted a laptop that is truly portable this isn’t it
