These are a really good blend of herbs designed for brain health and they are easy to swallow and excellent value. You can pay much more for them than this, and I like the fact they come in a cardboard box rather than a plastic tub.They seem to help with alertness and seem to help me solve logic problems. I will buy again, and I would recommend them to anybody.

If you want to try out a product like this then it’s worth trying these budget ones. Actually I think these priced about right and the others are overpriced.I’m quite sceptical about the benefit of supplements but genuinely feel more alert on them. Don’t feel it’s the placebo effect because most other products have failed to work.Am sufficiently encouraged to reorder.I was asked to rate flavour but to me there really isn’t any particular taste, anyway, capsules are of a size to be easily swallowed

I only received the tablets this week so too early to say if they are working, the first one I took didn’t taste nice so now on my last month full of food pop the tablet in and swallow before having a drink, so no taste, the bliss pack is easy to use.

Many questions here, what was my brain like to start with? How can I tell? Before or after ? It can’t do any harm …. That’s importantJust read I’m meant to write about swallowing and value, can swallow….. have as I said questions, does a tablet replace food, back to 60s Sci Fi movies

Done absolutely nothing, not sure what I'm supposed to feel. But took in morning and in the evening and could fall asleep straight away after taking. Be good if the makers could tell me what I'm supposed to feel ?
