I own three of these and gave a fourth as a gift. I don’t refrigerate them; I keep my home at about 63, and the gel is always very cold at that exposure. I own three because they stay cool for about 20 minutes—I keep them in my bedside table. Nothing works as well as vasoconstriction, compression, and nerve conduction for a migraine. These are the best, most well made and comfortable ones I’ve tried. This cap, and a dark room, are better than my prescription migraine medications. They work better and faster than either drug for me. I am using one now, so I thought I’d share my experience in hopes that it might help someone else. Apologies for the video, like I said, I’m having an attack. I think you can see how thick and heavy these are in the video. I cannot recommend them more. I suggest buying two or three of your suffer from migraines as often as I do. They’re very affordable, and you could not possibly be disappointed in the quality.

Amazing! I suffer from frequent headaches and small migraines from weather/environmental changes. Though I’m not allergic to anything I was told my sinuses are “easily inflamed” which lead me to buy this cold cap; and now I’m completely addicted to it. It relieves my sinus headaches instantly, tames sudden migraines, and feels sooo good with the gentle pressure. It’s super soft, thick, and your head just feels like the inside of a cold sandwhich. I’m so happy with this product I’m going to buy a couple more! Be careful if you are sensitive to cold at all when it comes out of the freezer it is very cold.

Such a good product. It doesn't get rid of a migraine, but it does offer some pain relief and the light compression feels like a little hug on your head, very comforting. It comes out of the freezer very cold, so I usually just lay on it for a couple of minutes on the back of my head and neck before putting it on. The material is very soft and the cooling gel feels great. Easy to clean by just wiping down with a wet cloth and air dry. Highly recommend for headache relief as well as hot flashes for my ladies.

10/10 on my first use I’ve had it a few hours but i have a long term concussion = lots of uncomfortable head/neck/ face pain. I have not been able to find an ice pack that is comfortable enough to not trigger pain until this ! This was cold but gentle to lay on and also fold up against my cheek areas, I did find the compression to be intense at first due to my injury so opted to lay on it flat but can see this being a great tool for headaches as well when I’m not so sensitive to tight fitting touch. Didn’t have any odd smells out the packaging. Easy to use and slipped on like a glove. The material is really nice. And it holds a cold well i haven’t used it warm yet

I wouldn’t know what to do without this ice cap. It provides gentle pressure that helps with my headaches and the cold temp isn’t unbearable coming directly out of the freezer. The only thing I wished was different is that it held the cold temp for longer, as it does loose the intensity pretty quickly and I need to pop it back in the freezer.

This is so comfortable. I bought one for my mom and she liked it so much I got one for myself and a coworker. The fit is nice, it's easy to use just slip it on and my headaches go right away. I've even warmed it a little and put it on when my sinuses are in bad shape and it's instant relief. There was no smell when I opened the package

It met the specifications, it is super thick and longer, it works for larger heads, it also covers the eyes and the cold lasts a lot, the quality is very good.

If you have sinus issues, pressure, headache and congestion MyHalos is an absolute game changer. I had use of a gel cap like this before, but this product stays colder longer and has greater head coverage. They are so cold that for a little bit as first I wear a skull cap/beanie/ hard hat protection cap(soft) to dull the cold. Inflammation and congestion clears and I even use it with my CPAP and sleep very well. After a bit I remove the skull cap and continue wearing it....Super comfortable.

I use this for headaches and migraines. It works very well. It stays cold for a long time and is nice and snug so doesn’t fall off even if going to sleep with it on. I think it is comfortable to wear and the light pressure it creates actually helps soothe my migraines as well. I keep it in my freezer in a ziplock bag so it has to warm up a bit before use or it’s too cold but overall this is so useful to me and I would buy another if I ever needed to.

I’ve been suffering with a migraine for most of this week and my usual medication wasn’t working . After desperately searching for an alternative to medication I came across the Halo cold cap . As soon as it arrived I popped this into the freezer for an hour , the bag was really useful to keep the cap protected whilst it was chilling . I must say the cold was too much to begin with so I waited a few minutes and tried again . The cap provided instant relief and the soft gel texture was comforting, the weight of the cap is great as the extra pressure supports in relieving pain. The Halo Cap is so easy to use and is excellent quality , the gel stays cold for a long time and the bag provided is handy for storage and to protect when freezing. You can wear the cap above your eyes or if you prefer to cover up your eyes to provide a dark place to ease your head . The cap is also really comfortable to sleep in and provides extra cushion support with the gel. I would definitely invest in this if you are a frequent migraine or headache sufferer. I have been suffering for years and I wish I had invested in one of these sooner !

The gel is thick and is 360 degrees as advertised. Unlike many other cheaper options on Amazon where the gel pads only cover half the head (front or back) despite their advertising. the coolness only lasts about 30min even when taken ice cold from the freezer but it’s better than nothing. This has helped me avoid taking painkillers for my migraines.
