Not good for MacBooks only Windows PC
This doesn’t work with a Mac so I reached out for assistance, they responded quick & suggested I try to get this done on a Windows PC. They were nice enough to refund me in full & keep the product. I don’t own a Windows PC, so I will see what I can do. I have 5 stars because they were so helpful & understanding. If I get it to work on a Windows PC I will definitely purchase again.

I had given this company a one star. But they came thru and emailed me the software that goes with this product. Please when you buy contact the company to get the software download to reset printer for these to work.

Doesn’t Last Long
I replaced the pad on my ET-2400 thinking it’d be good for a while, but within a month, the printer started complaining again. I only print basic invoices at home.
