Critical for any pizza maker! So much better than the launching peel to turn pizzas in the oven. Extremely sturdy, can easily lift cast irons as well. 10/10 item.

Bought a different cheaper brand but it was difficult to use. Tried this with my arc XL and it was a dream to use!! Worth the price. Built very solid, but it does have a weight to it so be mindful of that. Overall, perfect size for a 14 inch pizza.

Works well. Impossible to keep clean.

Works great. Unlike some of the cheap ones. This will not start to warp when you are working in a 900F oven.
