I have been using BENKS cases for my recent iPhones, Samsung Fold and S series phones. This brand is my new favorite brand for phone cases. BENKS make very nice-looking quality cases, and I have been very happy with their cases. However, for S25 Ultra series, I noticed there are a couple minor issues I have noticed so far. First one being wireless charging. I have standing wireless charging docks from Samsung and Xiaomi and they don't work with this case. I get error blinking lights meaning it couldn't get the charge to pass to the phone. I think the issue is with the way Samsung S series cameras are setup where 3 cameras are arranged vertically and on S25 Ultra, cameras stick out more than S24 Ultra and this BENKS case has ring around the cameras border, it seems to create a little too much gap between phone and charging stands that you will get error light flashing on the vertical charging stands. It works fine if you use MagSafe wireless charging stand or wireless charging pads. I wasn't able to get fast wireless charging via MagSafe wireless charging with my Anker MagSafe wireless charging station. Another issue with this case is, even though it looks very nice, it is a little too smooth on the sides so it can be slippery at times. I don't mind this issue as much as wireless charging issues and it is the first time I have had with a BENKS case. No issue like this with other BENKS cases so far. As for protection, I think it offers pretty solid protection around sides and back. Front protection is ok. Not too deep protection around the border. I don't mind it as I don't like deep border protection around front. Hard to swipe from sides when you have deep front border protection.Overall, I think it is a solid case. I will still keep this case on my S25 Ultra phone and use slow MagSafe charging station to charge overnight and use cable during the day for faster quick charge.

This case is nice and feels good, but it's kinda slippery. The worst part? It won't charge with Samsung's wireless charger.

After reviewing many cases for my new Samsung galaxy s25 ultra I decided on this case by Benks, even though it is pricier than others. However, the one I received appeared to have been opened, most likely a return. Elsie at customer support was very understanding, helpful and right away she sent me a replacement. She also followed up to make sure I had received it, and if i had any questions. This is a great case! I highly recommend this product, and the company.

So I had really high hopes for this case. Loved the look of it. The premium materials. Even the pattern of the Woven fiber has an artistic theme going. When I got the case I was very excited to put it on my Galaxy. However, to my utter disappointment this thing shows every single fingerprint that's placed on it! It doesn't matter if you just scrubbed your hands raw to get all the oil off of them. This thing will document every single time it's touched! Frankly, it's a little ridiculous in the age of materials we are in that Benks would choose such a fingerprint grabbing one. If it weren't for that it would be a 5 star case. However the fact that it has to be wiped off 30 times a day is definitely a pretty substantial black eye that this thing has to deal with. Products from Benks in the past have been high quality and durable. I guess someone was sleeping on the day this case was green lighted because it's almost like a bad joke how this thing gets dirty. So sadly, I cannot recommend this case to anyone for any reason. There are much cheaper cases available that do a better job of protecting white still remaining visually appealing. This thing definitely falls short and is a huge disappointment. I wish ANYONE at Benks would have picked one of these up ONE TIME and soon that they had an obvious detect in the selected materials. You can't win them all but is it really necessary to fail so badly? I cannot recommend this product for purchase. Unless you love filthy, oily phone cases. If so, this is the one for you!

This case has been excellent for me as I like the soft rubbery feel of it and its great looks. I also haven't had any problems with the two charging stands that I have charging the phone with this case.

First impressions, great product. Good quality product and a truly slim design. Best phone case I've ever purchased
