Bought for elderly parents. Solid and well made. Clear instruction booklet. Very easy to set target humidity level but can just be switched on straight out of the box. Very easy and intuitive to use. Also, very effective and removed substantial amounts of water. This was a replacement for an older Meaco model which had given very many years of trouble free service.

Overall a fantastic product! I've had this dehumidifier for a month now and am very pleased with its performance so far. Ease of use: 4/5: very simple control panel with a day, night & laundry mode. Very easy to find tutorials to operate and use the dehumidifier online. Collection basket has a good capacity and it can run all night without becoming full - needs emptying every other day. Effectiveness: 5/5: dries clothes well & has proven effective at reducing the humidity in the house. Cost to use: 5/5: I have used this machine constantly over the last month & seen minimal increases to my energy bill. The dehumidifier has several clever tricks to avoid energy wastage, such as an automated timer & an ability to switch of the compressor when the air is dry. Clearly, these power-saving tricks work well! Value for money: 4/5: I purchased this for around £160, which is somewhat expensive but I think worthwhile if this device continues to work as well as it is currently working for a long time. Noise: 4/5: Makes a low hum that I don't mind but others might. The night mode is good for managing this. Overall: 5/5 - Provided you have the budget & don't mind emptying it regularly, I'd recommend this device highly.

Worth every penny, I’m emptying it nearly everyday. Windows are finally less wet in the mornings. Less damp in the house. Laundry dries quicker, not too noisy either. Auto switch off features. Great that it also filters the air. Delighted

Very compact and easy to store. Really efficient for drying clothes however need to keep it very close the cloth line. Soaks all the humidity inside the house and purifies air too. Very good all in one solution.

I absolutely love this dehumidifier. I have been using this since near the end of last month. Easy to use. Easy to empty. Easy to move to another room if needed. Looks smart. I have it on the landing upstairs so that it helps to reduce moisture up there. I keep two doors open to other rooms where I want this to work. As these have been the problem rooms. I notice now how I hardly get any condensation on my bedroom, to not at all. So, I am seeing the benefits in the time I have used this. I have bought this to use in the winter months because that's when I will need to use it. It's not noisy. Perfect for home. I recommend.

Great de-humidifier, certainly lot better than my previous purchase which is sitting in the cupboard as they want it returned to china, even although ordered from a UK Company..well after that error, I did more in-depth research and came across this one, dont think I made any mistakes here..after many searches on many de-humidifiers this one stood out, granted a little more than most but it works perfect, I have it located upstairs and have no further concerns regarding humidity on my windows. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and hallway with stairs, you can hear it at night but you get used to it, loss less quiter than previous which was only halgf the size. It's great that you can set the humidity levels, have a night mode which does make the fan go a little bit more silent, the light indicators can be swithced to night mode (Off) and the clotrhes assistant drying function is a great bonus, my clothes only take about a day to dry now as opposed to 2/3 and running is certainly a lot more cheaper that the tumble dryer which I gave away after getting this. So as you can probably tell I am pretty pleased with my purchase, such a pity I never came across this before purchasing the Dewett Dehumidifier, could have saved myself £138..cant even sell on e-bay at reduced price..anyway this was a great buy

Great little unit, no more water build up on the windows or mould forming since I started using it about 3 months ago. Also, air generally smells fresher. Would definitely recommend.

This arrived assembled ready to use. The Handle is clearly marked and pulls up and can be pushed in again for storage. The filter cover comes off easily and the filter provided slides in the black cover which pulls off to the left, the then it can all be slid back in place. You don’t have to use the filter, it is used for air purification. It runs a bit quieter without the filter. I left the filter in because it can collect dust, dust mites etc. The filter can be taken out & hoovered with a soft brush hoover attachment. Easy to use buttons on the top which light up with a simple push. . I used it first in dampish bedroom & it sucked up loads of moisture. The water tank has a window to show the level of water. It will turn off when full. The tank simply slides out and can be tipped in the sink to empty. It then slides back in and push. There is an attachment for a hose if you want to keep it on constantly. There is a button for using it if you are drying WASHING in the house. It will give an extra boost to collect the moisture in the room where the washing is drying. There is a button for night time where the lights go off and it runs at a lower speed so is very quiet. Every time I’ve used it, it has collected moisture. Easy to use, I recommend it.

I was skeptical. But the unit turned out to be great. It really does what’s promised. Silent and in automatic mode. I am quite satisfied. And it arrived next day!

It’s advertised as quiet, but to me it’s actually quite noisy - there’s no real “silent mode,” and at night the sound is pretty irritating. However, it does collect water very effectively and works much better than the cheaper alternatives I’ve tried. So while the noise level is disappointing, the performance is excellent and it definitely does its job 100%.

Je viens de l’acquérir, pour le moment je n’ai rien à dire, il fait bien son taf, je ressens moins l’humidité, par contre petit bémol il est un légèrement bruyant pour la nuit, la journée cava on y pense pas mais la nuit je l’allume pas car la journée il fait bien son taf, Je recommande le produit
