IM SO DISAPPOINTED! I WAS SO EXCITED TO SHARE THIS WITH MY 13 Y/O GR DTR THAT HAS An ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE TALENT, THIS TOOL WAS FULLY CHARGED WHEN WE STARTED TRACING A DESIGN ON A SMOOTH ROCK. IT LASTED MAYBE AN HOUR BEFORE IT FROZE UP. IT WAS NOT HOT TO HOLD, BATTERY SHOWED 15 PERCENT ON LEVEL 3, SO I LET IT REST AND RECHARGED BACK UP TO 100 PERCENT. IT HAS NOT COME ON SINCE! THE LITTLE 1 PAGE USER MANUAL HAS NO CONTACT INFO. NO PHONE, ADDRESS NOTHING. I RATED 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TOO.
