Work great
Good value. We have horses and the neighbors have cows so there are a lot of flies. These work great to catch a lot of them so fewer to bother us or reproduce. They do need to be hung away from living areas since they draw flies and stink. These work better than other brands and are the big bags so they don't fill up so fast.

Rescue brand is the best
Occasionally I get a "dud" that doesn't catch much - I don't know if there's a mistake with the bait sometimes - but every other bag always has flies wiggling around in it. I have 4 in the perimeter of our sheep barn and they keep the flies to a tolerable level. The review is asking me to rate the smell, and I'm giving 5 stars because they smell like rotting fish, so they work! I don't expect them to smell good to human noses.

Oh my gawd
We had a laugh reading Zane Cuthill’s review when we ordered these, what a funny guy…couldn’t be that bad could it? After a day we had a few flies in there and we were very excited. By the next day though word about the hottest new Fly Club in town had evidently spread and, well, they were pushing and shoving to get in. My wife wasn’t able to sleep that night. I was praying that God is not a fly lover because if he/she is I am going to Hell on the Express train. This bag probably holds 100,000 flies who don’t fly in and die peacefully. Remember the GoT Jon Snow Battle of the Bastards? This is worse. Way worse. Way way worse. The product works. It’s Amazing. Whoever made this is a genius. Buy this, BUT DON’T LOOK INSIDE OF IT AND DON’T BREATHE IN TOO DEEPLY.

Check for flaws in seal
These bags really do help control flies. I live on 16 acres with animals all around me and the bags significantly reduce the number of flies that get in my house. However, the last two sets of bags have had at least one bag that leaks, which aside from making a mess, lets the smell of the attractant out too!

These really work
Flies are really attracted to this but keep it away from the house. It smells bad. I attracts even more flies.I recommed that if you know why you have the flies, get rid of the problem!

I've purchased 18 of these--here are a few HINTS FOR USE (these are GREAT!)
1) hang high enough so children won't be tempted to play with them2) they discourage birds from visiting very close, so don't put them where you would like to see birds (tested with wild turkeys and song birds)3) only fill ONE AT A TIME with water and hang immediately with a strong string or wire--I use trees4) if you drop a new one that has been filled with water, it can break (done that!)5) keep filling to line with water every month or so and they will keep catching flies--mine have over-wintered and they are still catching this Spring6) put a date on the front with a sharpie so you can tell which are newest--the amount of flies is great in in all of them, so it can be hard to tell, but when they get old/full of flies, I put a new one near the old one--both keep catching until the old one is so full the flies can't get in anymore7) when you take one down, immediately double bag it with plastic garbage bags and throw it in an outside garbage can8) keep them at least 40 or 50 feet from where people congregate to avoid smell and the flies it attracts9) be careful when refilling with water (use a watering pot) DON'T TAKE DOWN! if you spill some of the contents on yourself, you will need a shower and complete change of clothes (done that!)10) these really do catch THOUSANDS of flies--and just think about all of the eggs these flies didn't get a chance to lay!

Got a fly problem? Get this.
We've been inundated with flies due to living next to cows, horses, and chickens. Within 30 minutes of putting 2 of the bags up, flies were already flying into the bags. A day later, the traps have almost a hundred flies in them and we've noticed a drastic reduction in flies when we're sitting outside. Simple to set up. Worth every penny.
