Mixes well with liquid of your choice, super easy to use just add to beverage of your choice, give it a little mix and you're good to go! I can tell a huge difference in areas of my face that are prone to the "puff" great product! 10/10

The only benefit I have noticed is that instead of urinating in the middle of the night about every 2 1/2 hours it now happens about every four hours. As far as the solving swollen ankles or my calf, I don’t notice anything I’ve been using it about two weeks. I put a half an eye dropper in my coffee every morning. It’s tasteless.

It looks like my lymphatic swelling has gone down a little bit and my weight is lighter. I am on my third week now. I can’t tell for sure it’s going to shrink though. Overall with the organic compounds I know it’s safe.

Anyone who has any heart issues knows the misery of having swollen feet. Taking all those prescription meds helps but the problem never quite goes away 100%. My left foot was swelling so badly that getting a shoe on was getting impossible. I found this product and it appears to be made of good natural products and I felt that it was worth a try. After 7 days the swelling was clearly reduced. Twenty days of use and my left foot is the normal size of my right foot. Amazing, it clearly and absolutely helped me in dramatic fashion. While I haven’t really noticed a different in weight loss like I have heard can happen, I can say that I have noticed a difference in my skin. About two weeks into starting this product I have noticed my skin felt looser and and more flimsy and I do not mean that in a bad way.
