I got what I paid for
I wanted a small Cookie Monster that talked and that’s what I received. The batteries that came with it were a beat but all I did was swap them out with new ones and it was fine.He talks and shakes, he’s cuddly and soft but hard around the center.I am a little disappointed that the arms are not longer but it’s not a deal breaker for me. My granddaughter loves it and that’s who it was for.It was packaged nicely in a box and it was delivered in a timely manner.The 4 star rating was because I felt that the arms should be 1 inch longer.Great for any kid or adult.
