I purchased as a gift for my son. I checked it over before giving it him. The wood is impressive. There were no nicks or other problems with the guitar. I love the fact that it came with so many accessories. The guitar case is well padded and much nicer than I expected for the amount I paid for all of it. I am well pleased.

The guitar is great! My daughter likes it very much. Great value for money!!!However, Amazon has provided a very poor delivery service. I ordered the item on Saturday with guaranteed delivery on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received a message from Amazon that the item had been shipped on ....Tuesday. The delivery was rescheduled for Friday. I texted Customer Support service and they could not help me at all. Contacting Customer Service was just a waste of my time. The shipment was a time sensitive one and I had to reschedule my “end of school year” event for my daughter due to the poor delivery service by Amazon.

Was exactly what I expected and wanted. Was an inexpensive guitar for me to get back into playing after a couple years - but it's not a piece of junk. The fretboard is very smooth on the fingers and the strings haven't broken (I'm a little rough on playing guitars) but I was very happy with the bag and accessories that it came with as well. It's the cheapest "starter pack" I've seen for a guitar and took the risk. I'm glad I did!

The guitar is high quality and sounds great! It is easy and nice to play a truly great buy for it's price, and accompanying accerories.

This was for my 13 year old I. His birthday. He is just learning how to play and really loves it!

Granddaughter loves it

The guitar came with everything. No dings or nicks. Quality construction. I haven't had time to try it out so I can't say how it sounds.

I received my guitar within 2 days, and it was in excellent condition! Very happy with my purchase.
