Joann's Review of Syitcun Book Stand
I ordered the larger stand thinking that the tray would be wider but it's not. What's wider is the opening for your legs, which is great. I have arthritis in my hands and can no longer hold my Bible or heavy books. This works perfectly while I am using my under desk elliptical I can read my Bible at the same time. It is exactly what I was looking for. I read the reviews and a nurse said it holds her 2500 page books and that sold me! The manual says it hold 22.0462 pounds. I don't know how much my Study Bible weighs but it's pretty heavy and it holds it a long with it's cover pretty well so I am very happy with my purchase. It was a great value for my money and it is very versatile. I purchased the black one.

Book stand
Like the way it elevates my book to help alleviate neck pain. Wish it was a bit more stable when sitting in my recliner in the base

Needs better craftsmanship or leg materials (or both?)
I have been searching for a portable and lightweight computer stand, that can ideally be used as a book stand. It's been tough. The first one I got was from the brand SYITCUN and it was size 15“x10". The legs were not sturdy enough for me, the craftsmanship was terrible from the get-go, the leg materials seemed of bad quality, and it creaked a lot. It did have book clips and the tray was solid and held weight pretty well for the lack of quality of the legs.I was concerned that the stand was not going to withstand my heavier computer (heavy in comparison to a lightweight mac) or books but it performed well with the proper leg setup on both sides (setting the legs to the same degrees - the leg adjusters have degrees to guide you) And even though adjusting the legs takes a bit of a learning a curve, it is super easy and the adjustment buttons works smoothly (keep this in mind as I am going to compare it to another product) I would recommend adjusting each leg individually as it's kinda difficult to do both at once but the stand is so lightweight that you would be able to easily hold the stand and do each individually very quickly. As far as using this to read on your bed or sofa, it's not ideal. It is a relatively short and flimsy stand but it does the job if you set it up on your table, desk, or counter. My deal breaker was how cheap it feels. I would pay more for better-quality legs because I did like this stand.I have decided to return this as it doesn't meet my needs. It's true that you get what you pay for but I found one similar to this one (wider with an extra leg, *made with better materials*) for $5 more dollars than I paid for this one ($25 vs $30) HOWEVER, I am also returning the $30 laptop stand (WorkEZ PROFESSIONAL Ergonomic from Uncaged Ergonomics Store) Unlike the SYITCUN, the adjustment buttons on the WorkEZ PROFESSIONAL dont work, you can't push them in and if you can, it's very challenging. So adjusting the stand is a pain in the *ss. The quality of the legs is better, and the tray is slightly different but seems to hold up as well as this one. It can be used in your bed and sofa very comfortably so I give that one a lot of points for that. I haven't tried reading on it though. Finally, both stands seem to be wobbly but attribute that to be a result of it being designed to be lightweight.See pictures attached. If you want to see my reviews on other laptop/book stands in my journey to find the perfect one, look at my profile.

I really like this versatile book holder/ My new Lego instruction manual holder. The fact yiu can adjust it in several different positions really helps. Great price as well.

Best thing I've purchased for nursing school
This product is amazing and ive already recommended it to five other students in my cohort who have purchased it.A little background: I'm in nursing school and spend 10-16 hours a day 6 days a week in my office reading my textbooks and typing out notes. I am in my second semester and I never realized how much time I was eating by having to keep reminding my place because my book was beside my computer. This stand can hold my 2500 page (yes that's the real amount of pages) nursing textbook above my MacBook and I feel like its sturdy and secure. This stand has adjustable clips to hold pages back and hold books of any size (50 pages to 2500 pages) and the legs are adjustable so you can change the height and angle of the book you're reading. its just great. this product has seriously changed the way I study and I'm so much more efficient now. I wish I had gotten it last semester. It also folds up small enough to fit in my backpack so I can take it to campus or the hospital with me in case I get downtime.

Using with heavy law textbooks and a sore neck. Take note if this is why you're looking!
I wanted to write this review for people that were looking for this for the same purpose that I was.First up, if you're looking for this for just regular reading, novels, or textbooks that aren't the size of law textbooks (900+ pages), then this product will be fantastic for you. It's perfect for your purposes. I haven't tried to put my laptop or iPad on it, but I'm guessing it would also be great for those purposes. Now, for heavy-*ss textbooks like law textbooks, it's also great. It seems sturdy enough for the books I'm reading now, around 900 pages or so. I don't leave the books sitting on it overnight, though, because the page holders are plastic. Heavier plastic, but still plastic and it seems like it could break if you went too hard on it. It will hold the books while you're reading them and the pages don't flip over, either, but it's clear the structure is really only to hold a book of a maximum of 400 or so pages. That said, I haven't seen one that seems any sturdier than this one, while having the same adjustability options. So I'm still recommending this product. This product has done wonders for my neck, which was hurting from looking downwards at textbooks for so long and the main reason I bought this product. Yes, it will help you A LOT with a sore neck!I took off one star because I think the adjusting could be easier. It has a broad range of motion, which is amazing, but it is a little tricky because you're either doing one side at a time (often leaving one off-kilter), or trying to do both at once while holding it steady with some part of your body. Definitely not a dealbreaker and I'd still recommend the product in a heartbeat.
