UPDATED REVIEW- The seller was great and getting back to me and giving me some advice on how to lock the hydraulic lift on the chair. You must raise the chair physically take the stick and turn it downward and then push it in.. if you just turn it downward it will continue to lower on its own. You must turn it downward and push the stick in to the chair.. this has fixed my chair from lowering and saved me from having to purchase another chair! Sellers were great in getting back to me and guiding me on how to lock the chair. I take responsibility for not hanging onto the instructions, but we did move in my defense. I probably still have them. I just don’t know where they’re at. This is a pretty comfy chair in a great price and like I mentioned it’s a nice looking chair! I originally gave his chair five stars thought it was beautiful. Still think it’s beautiful unfortunately, it lowers itself pretty much every other time I sit in the chair which when you’re working and typing and your chair is going down and you’re in the middle of a meeting and can’t stop to raise your chair. You just have to work through it. It placed my arms in an uncomfortable upright position, not at the 90° angle they should be out when you’re typingand it actually has caused me neck and back pain that I’ve had to go to the doctor for. I’m going to have to get rid of this chair and get a new chair Because I can’t necessarily continue to stop participating in a meeting to stand up and raise my chair back up. I’ve never really had a problem with a chair like this, so I’m not sure if it’s defective, but it is very annoying and today was the pinnacle of pain where I actually had to go get dry needling done in my neck and shoulder from the pinched nerve that I got from holding my arms Above chest level to continue typing, even though it was not for a very long time it’s happened so much I’ve done something to my shoulders so just be aware when purchasing us if you’re using it for show it’s beautiful otherwise it’s not a practical chair

I found this chair easy to put together. Did it without my husband lol good quality very comfortable seat and the back has good lumbar support. The controls to put the chair up and down work great and very smoothly.

This chair is a good value for the money. I like the wide wheels which help chair move smoothly. It adjusts to my liking. The chair is a bit smaller than the chair it replaced but fits me well. Step by step assembly instructions were helpful with all the parts labeled. Assembly tools are included.

Chair has to be assembler (not by a Senior) chair very unsafe had two days and twice the chair tobbled over!! First time was so surprised the second time got hurt and feel the chair is unsafe Need to return I did not assemble the chair had A NICE NEIGHBOR MAN DO IT FOR ME ( My HANDYMAN)

I've had this chair for a few years now. Putting it together was easy, though I remember it was tough to get the wheels properly in place. It's a cute and compact chair, but it is on the smaller side. Every now and again, the chair will lower itself and I'll have to lift myself back up which is annoying. I also find the panel on the back to be uncomfortable after a bit. Overall it's fine but I'm definitely looking for a new chair now that my budget is a bit different.

Chair quality excellent, hydraulic system allows for proper height and ease of use. Is comfortable while supporting your back!Rolls easily in room and essentially makes little to no noise.
