Protección y rotación en la barra
Son unas calleras muy buenas, sobretodo para las rapidas transiciones entre ejercicios, pull’ups / burpee, C2B hacia barra, TTB a DBall, como ejemplos. Recomiendo sobretodo para crossfitters con más experiencia y uso de butterfly, por la rotación del carbono de las calleras con la barra y su facilidad de poder rápidamente dejar de usar para ejercicios que no las precisan enlazados.
