Instantly noticed an increase in energy when I started taking these. I felt more alert and focused during my workouts, I also felt like I was really pushing through my workout. Definitely give it some time to settle in your system before you hit the gym. I only have about a 10 minute drive to my gym so I like to take it while I am still getting ready that way by the time I am at the gym it is ready in my system. I think the price point is very affordable and you overall are getting a good value for your money.

Ehhhh personally I don't think it really does much. I took them for a few months didn't really feeling any different and definitely didn't loose weight any faster than just being on the caloric deficit. The price of course great but that's probably part of the problem you get what you pay for type of situation. May work for other just not for me.

I usually take pre-workout powder with water, but sometimes that is inconvenient when on the go.. so it is nice having this effective option in my bag. I take just one pill (60 in the bottle) and I get just enough energy to power my after-work routine! It doesn't make me feel jittery, and I don't get the 'ant crawl' feeling in my face, which is a good thing. The veggie capsules are easy to swallow, not the smallest, but with a big gulp of water, it goes down and sits well. My stomach hasn't had any negative effects while taking these either. Force Factor is a great brand, and they make quality products. I would definitely recommend LeanFire to anyone looking for a workout boost!
