Lactobacillus Reuteri 25 Billion CFU for Women & Men - L Reuteri w/Probiotic, Dairy Free - Promotes Immunes & Gut Health - 60 Veggie Capsules

I have used this to make a yogurt that my parents found a recipe for, it’s made in an instapot, It only has a couple ingredients and it really makes me feel so much better. I haven’t tried just taking the pills as recommended, but I guess if I get sick of the yogurt, I can try just taking the pills and see if the benefits are the same. However you take them, they are so important.

I use MEIBOTAN Lactobacillus Reuteri to support healthy digestion and maybe an increase in oxytocin. I like that the MEIBOTAN capsules contain 25 billion CFU per tablet. While I have made L. reuteri yogurt in the past with tablets containing fewer CFU, I am taking these tablets as is--the yogurt was adding too many calories to my diet. The tablets have a pleasant citrus smell. I like that they are in capsule form so I can add the powder to smoothies or overnight oats.

It was my mistake not reading the ingredients for this and just decided to go because of the name. If you have sensitivity to added colors you should avoid this.Pills are easy to swallow. Weird smell. Don’t know the effectiveness and the gut health benefits because I did not take it long enough because of the added colors.

I used these as others mentioned to make yogurt per a certain famous healthcare provider’s recipe. It thickened up beautifully and made a very thick, delicious yogurt that was much less tart than other homemade yogurts I’ve tried. Delicious, and an excellent way to populate the strain to higher numbers. I of course used sterilized containers and tools so as not to contaminate the healthy colony of bacteria. Seems like a much more affordable brand than many with this strain, but of course different strains have different benefits so do your research.

For overall GI health, the MEIBOTAN Probiotic is a great pickup. At only 1 capsule per dosage it contains 25 billion strains of helpful bacteria which promotes Immunes & Gut Health. The veggie capsule contain Lactobacillus Reuteri and in my testing, I did not notice any upset stomach or adverse reactions in consumption. As with any supplement always consult wit your physician. Overall the MEIBOTAN Probiotic is a great recommendation for overall GI and Digestive health.

3/18/2025: 25 Billion CFU Lactobacillus Reuteri for Women and Men - L Reuteri Probiotic, Dairy Free, 60 Veggie Capsules (Brand - MEIBOTAN)These smell really weird. I can't really describe it but it is a strong scent and not what I would expect from a probiotic. The inactive ingredients do not really explain the smell. I am not familiar with L. Reuteri so maybe that's just how that smells, but regardless I do not like it, and I can't take these.

I make Dr Davis’s L reuteri fermented dairy and thought I’d order this to share with others. But I don’t think I can endorse others using this as it has dyes and other bizarre fillers.

Good quality product, good ingredients, and easy to use.
