I prefer this to acyclovir as it is a natural product
I have herpe outbreaks if I dont take this once a day. And should I forget and get the tingle sensation, if I take it 3x day for one or two days the tingling stops and I dont get a breakout.

Seriously this worked better than my prescription for a lingering outbreak. Pricier too but worth it. I will reorder. Note you must take 3 pills, 3x a day. I started out with just one by mistake so took a couple days to help but as soon as I started taking 3, 3x a day it helped almost the same day. Does not taste bad. Ok to use melt 3 under tongue 3x a day.
