I received this two days ago and tried it right away. It worked from the very first night — I was finally able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night. Amazing!!!! The gummies are on the larger side, which I don’t mind at all, and the taste is sweet and fruity. Very pleasant to take.

Before this I was using 3mg of melatonin as and when I needed to, this was not as effective as that despite apparently containing more melatonin per dose (two pieces)

Size of the gummies are ok Taste is little bit sweet for me since im pre diabetic person. For me the product is not much effective for me. Still im ending up sleeping like 2am pas. The bad side of this product effect to me in the morning was after i take it for 3 consecutive days my i felt headache and I stopped and not take it anymore. Its up to u if u want to try but better the less quantity if u guys still need to try but observe it once u take it.

These gummies work like a charm for a good night sleep. The flavor is good and so is the texture. The combination of melatonin and magnesium works very well without feeling groggy the next morning. However, make sure not to take more than the recommended dose.

People!!!!! Seriously. I’ve always had trouble falling asleep. I can stay asleep. No issues. Long military career so I’m used to getting only a few hours and being good to go but my issue has always been actually getting to fall asleep. I take 2 like the bottle says and about 30 mins later my eyes start to go and I’m done. Melatonin has always left me feeling more tired in the morning. I have a routine I do before bed. Nothing has really ever helped until I got these! If you’re questioning it, don’t! Try these. I gave it 5 stars for a reason!

Tasty and calming to help you sleep

Taste amazing and works really well. Unlike other melatonin gummies I have tried, I actually sleep through the entire night with these. The only downside is they are so sticky! I don't know if it is because they melted a bit during the mailing process since it is summer. It's not a dealbreaker for me but it is annoying having to wash my hands after taking them.

It works well enough, unfortunately I got a low dose of melatonin. It helps calm me unwind and keep me relaxed enough to fall asleep on my own. So for those that don’t need a higher does this might work for them.
