This smoothie machine is awesome. It's a great helper to fight the hot summer. I bought it to make smoothies for my kids, and it didn't disappoint me. I can make mango smoothies in 15 minutes. I can add sugar and fruit vinegar according to my taste. The smoothies are sour and sweet and so refreshing! I highly recommend it! The transportation was safe and the parts were not damaged.

I recently purchased the "Inoviva Slushie Machine S1" and am experiencing an issue. When I select a drink type and press the Start button, the machine beeps once and then shuts down without producing anything. To troubleshoot the problem, I have taken the following steps: - I waited over two hours before plugging it back in. - I tried different syrups. - I tested various 110-volt outlets. - I checked all of the machine's components. - I reviewed the instruction manual thoroughly. - I pressed all the buttons, including the thickness adjustments. - I used the auto-clean function, which worked fine. Despite these efforts, the machine still does not operate. I have reached out to the Inoviva Support Team but have not received a response.
