This Sleep & Restore Magnesium has worked really well for me. It helps me relax and unwind at night without making me feel groggy the next morning. I was waking up tired each morning. I spoke to my doctor about and we looked at my data from my Fitbit watch and he noticed that I did not have enough REM sleep. I was not big on using Melatonin because I had no trouble falling asleep, the issue was I was waking up during REM sleep. It seems that GABA could help with that so I bought this product. At first, I did not think it was working but keep using it. Then after 3 weeks of use my sleep was getting better and my watch data showed I was getting more REM sleep. My sleep quality was better and I was less tired in the morning. I did not have any side affects and for some reason they are lightly covered in sugar not sure why. But I will be placing my next order soon.

I’m giving five stars bc they’re delicious AND do exactly what they claim to do! However, I don’t like them and I’m not taking any sleep aid ever again bc no matter WHAT, they make me groggy! This doesn’t happen to everyone. Some people have fabulous results and get a good nights sleep and wake up fine. Even WITHOUT melatonin these made me super cranky in the mornings bc I slept too deeply or whatever it is they’re causing me. I felt half asleep until about 2 in the afternoon, just dragging the whole time waiting to feel awake. The crankiness is a side effect of feeling tired and yawning too much. Just bummed nothing will really help me sleep like a baby

This works for a little bit. After using for a little over a month I still only get moderate results. It helps me fall asleep, but only works for and hour or so. If you just need help falling asleep, not staying asleep these may help you.

I wanted a sleep aid without melatonin and tried this as the price was good. I like it better than any sleep aids I've tried. I fall asleep easily and no problems! Recommend it

This sleep supplement is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s melatonin-free and instead contains GABA, magnesium, and botanical plant ingredients to help promote a better night’s sleep. Each bottle has 60 gummies, and the recommended dose is 2 gummies before bedtime. I really enjoyed the taste — cherry flavor, just like eating gummy candy. I personally avoid melatonin because it often makes me wake up at 5 a.m. and struggle to fall back asleep. Since this formula doesn’t contain melatonin, it works much more gently for me. The only downside is that it contains cane sugar, so it’s best to take the gummies before brushing your teeth. Overall, it’s a great supplement that works softly and helps improve sleep in a gentle way.

This helps me get a restful night sleep, but WHY are they sugar coated?! They would have gotten a higher rating from me without it! Price was okay for a 30 day supply.

I've been using melatonin 2 or 3 times a week for a while, but it I never seem to sleep through the night. I wake up at 3 or 4 and have a difficult time getting back to sleep. I decided to use this for the "restore" claim because I've run myself ragged and I needed sound, solid sleep for a while. I have experienced just that after two nights' worth of use and have been pleased that I am sleeping through the night. I have definitely felt better rested. I gave this 3 stars for all the sugar and the terrible taste. WHY so much sugar? Do we really need sugar crystals on the gummy? Admittedly, I am not a gummy fan, but I figured if this was going to help me rest, it was worth it. The first night, I nearly dry-heaved! The taste really is awful, and it's like biting through erasers (I did that as a kid). I immediately thought to myself that I could not tolerate the taste every night for 30 days! Well, I cannot return it, so I'd better. I just stand over my sink, eat it fast, then immediately rinse my mouth and brush my teeth. I'll be ordering capsules next time.
