I'd like to use on my elbows. How should I apply it and for how long?

Everyone's skin is different, so start slowly and see what happens. I use the scrub two or three times a week at most. I take my shower first and then rub my elbows with the scrub for 20 or 30 seconds near the end when my skin is soft and ready to be scrubbed off. Then I moisturize with Triple Lanolin Lotion (original formula). It's a great combo--hope one or both products work as well for you!
