Mary Washington Live Asparagus 2yr. Crowns to Grow - 10 Count, Bare Root Asparagus to Plant

I ordered and received 10 "bundles" of roots. Following the instructions, I planted each little bundle of roots. 3 grew right away, within 2 days spikes were coming up. After 2 weeks, I am excited to say, all 10 root bundles took hold and are producing little asparagus spikes.All the little bundles looked clean, and had no mold at all. I am very pleased with this purchase.

All 10 asparagus crowns arrived fresh, firm, and clearly alive. They didn’t need any soaking or revival—I planted them the same day. Just one week later, every single crown has sprouted! Excellent quality and very pleased with this purchase.

Asparagus roots arrived quickly and in great shape! Very healthy. We planted late and worried they might not do well, but we are pleasantly surprised! We ordered 10 and received 12. All 12 have come up and are thriving!

Shockingly great quality!! I bought a couple asparagus crowns from Menard’s a few years ago and I accidentally buried them too deep so they rotted. These crowns are of a much higher quality than the Menard’s ones, plus the price is unbeatable. They even came with a few asparagus sprouting on the top!

I ordered 2 varieties, they arrived fast, they were planted the same day and all came up within 3 weeks. Can't wait to harvest some this next year and years to follow. Might even plant more.

These are skinny but they are mostly all growing. Some of them came up within a couple days of being in the dirt. Hopefully they start to get bigger when they come up as they get stronger. These look like the videos of what food looked like before humans made them better. I’m reminded of the tiny carrots

Will see how well it grows. Seems to be of high quality, no mold on roots. We did not realize how much work it takes to plant asparagus. I would suggest really researching the requirements for making a bed for asparagus and have it ready befor ordering your plants. We we’re rushed and worked very hard to get it planted. Im 73 so was quite an undertaking in a rush.
