I was waking up tired each morning. I spoke to my doctor about and we looked at my data from my Fitbit watch and he noticed that I did not have enough REM sleep. I was not big on using Melatonin because I had no trouble falling asleep, the issue was I was waking up during REM sleep. It seems that GABA could help with that so I bought this product. At first, I did not think it was working but keep using it. Then after 3 weeks of use my sleep was getting better and my watch data showed I was getting more REM sleep. My sleep quality was better and I was less tired in the morning. I did not have any side affects and for some reason they are lightly covered in sugar not sure why. But I will be placing my next order soon.

I've been using melatonin 2 or 3 times a week for a while, but it I never seem to sleep through the night. I wake up at 3 or 4 and have a difficult time getting back to sleep. I decided to use this for the "restore" claim because I've run myself ragged and I needed sound, solid sleep for a while. I have experienced just that after two nights' worth of use and have been pleased that I am sleeping through the night. I have definitely felt better rested. I gave this 3 stars for all the sugar and the terrible taste. WHY so much sugar? Do we really need sugar crystals on the gummy? Admittedly, I am not a gummy fan, but I figured if this was going to help me rest, it was worth it. The first night, I nearly dry-heaved! The taste really is awful, and it's like biting through erasers (I did that as a kid). I immediately thought to myself that I could not tolerate the taste every night for 30 days! Well, I cannot return it, so I'd better. I just stand over my sink, eat it fast, then immediately rinse my mouth and brush my teeth. I'll be ordering capsules next time.

I got these to try because I have insomnia. I can't take melatonin because it makes me sick...probably because my body fights sleep so badly. This product did not work for me at all. It didnt even make me sleepy.

The gummies worked okay, they helped me fall asleep. However, they did not last long, I woke up after about an hour. Obviously they may work better for others. They smell weird and taste weird. Why do they have a sugar crust? Yuck. My teeth felt like they had a layer of sugar after eating the gummies. Costco just started carrying a capsule of this product, maybe I will give that a try.
