I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this fitness belt turned out to be a great addition to my routine. It’s comfortable, easy to set up, and works well on abs, arms, and hips. I love the different intensity levels — you really feel the muscles working. Perfect for days when I can’t make it to the gym. Great product!

The fitness equipment is fairly easy to assemble, but it doesn’t feel very smooth during use. Both resistance and stability are just average and require frequent adjustments. It’s okay for light workouts, but doesn’t live up to the advertised training performance.

Easy to use and comfortable to wear on abs, arms and hips. The intensity levels are adjustable and provide effective muscle stimulation without discomfort. Great as a complement to regular workouts.

Plastic film with snaps on to hook up to vibrator. Have to buy more of the sticky connectors. Eh....

The belt’s fabric is scratchy and thin. Electrodes stop working randomly, and it does nothing for abs or arms—total junk.
