Best cooling solution I have found so far for non-liquid cool extreme computing
Purchased two of these for use with my HP Z840 workstation with new XEON E5-2699a V4 CPUs after trying a very high end thermal paste. I received ok results with the paste but under extreme processing loads experienced throttling. After installing these pads I can run these same loads for hours on end without any throttling. Super fragile material so take your time during installation but it is worth your money

In combination with a contact frame took 20+ c off my processor!
This amazing thing, in COMBINATION with a Thermalright Lga1851 BCF Black CPU Curved Pressure Plate, took 20+ degrees Celsius off my 285k on my brand new Alienware area-51 desktop. Prior to its application I regularly hit 97 - 104 C during benchmarks but after, even during stress tests, the temperature doesn't go above 80 c, ever. It's easy to cut, relatively easy to apply but must use gloves and not bend it. It's much larger than the 285k die so you'll have to cut about an inch off of it and it's very thin but not as thin as thermal greese so there's a GREAT contact between it and the cooler plate.Being honest, I'm not sure whether it's this or the pressure plate and my 320mm water cooled processor cooler that did the trick, either way, it's compatible with the vast majority of the processors at this 44mm size and will help unlock functionality in any machine that hits throttling wall due to temperature going up too high.My processor now runs 10% faster at all times, with a 35 degree idle.PLEASE NOTE THAT IT'S BEING USED WITH A NEW CONTACT FRAME!

Next generation thermal solution for CPUs
I picked up the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet for my AMD Ryzen 9950X3D, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. This CPU is no slouch, especially under multi-core workloads, and I was looking for a clean, high-performance thermal interface that didn’t involve reapplying paste every few months. The KryoSheet has delivered. After installation, idle temps were stable at around 46C, and load temps hovering around 55C with my AIO cooler. More importantly, sustained loads during gaming and rendering show a noticeable improvement than previous thermal paste products - which is especially important for the 9950X3D’s 3D V-Cache, which can heat up quickly. One word of caution: this pad is thin and very delicate. You will need to handle it with precision! It's also electrically conductive, so make sure it’s perfectly aligned on the IHS to avoid shorts. I recommend doing a dry fit before final placement. For those with a high-end Ryzen CPU like the 9950X3D, the KryoSheet is a solid, mess-free thermal solution—just be ready to install it carefully. However, it's definitely worth the price, and I never have to worry about it drying out for the life of the CPU and cooler.

100% Worth it. If your careful.
Any reviews complaining about how fragile and easily damaged these pads are from clumsy impatient people who can not be bother to slow down and take their time in order to use it properly. I had no issues handling and applying this pad with no damage and used the method of using the absolute teeniest tiniest little dot of thermal paste on each corner with a light tap in order to keep the pad in place while delicately lowering and screwing down a massive cpu air cooler with zero issue. Take your time, take it slow, and do it right the first. As for performance and ease of use. i can safetly say i will never use thermal paste again as long as i can get these as it surprisingly dropped all of my temps and average temps on a 5950x by around 5c. Not much change on the minimum temps but i am very happy to not have this cpu spike as much into the red and happily remain in the mid 70 to low 80's under heavy load with the benefit of not having a massive mess of paste to clean just to repaste it again if anything is wrong and risk damaging the cpu pins or socket since certain paste's love to act like glue even when the cpu is hot and refuse to let the cpu go which results in you ripping the cpu out of the socket because the paste fused it to the cooler which is just another step to worry about trying to pull them apart without any damage. This pad is a absolute life saver for cleanup as well as reducing temps, even if the temp reduction is not by very much if any for the benefit of not having to use paste or dismantle your system again for quite some time. The instructions also recommend that you really should replace it after use rather than reuse it due to damage from the first initial install and i dont mind that since i will rarely be taking my systems apart, and if i do then i will gladly buy another pad or two when the time comes for me to take it apart, rather than risk any issue.Yes they are pricey but in my opinion they are extremely worth it for those who will rarely remove their cpu cooler for long periods of time and want a simple no mess solution that matches or even outperforms paste (in my case) if your lucky, etc. Highly recommended!

Hard to put on, but works well once it finally is properly installed
We used this product to replace thermal paste that we suspected had dried out (turned out it wasn't covering the whole chip very well either). As expected, this pad was very thin and fragile (it cracked once as we tried to install it) but it was hard to put in because nothing was holding it in place as we reattached the CPU cooler over it. Wish they'd made it sticky on one side, since that would have helped a lot. Took about a dozen tries before we got it secured properly, but it seems to have fixed the original overheating problem very well. Recommended with caveats.

Mess free install
Works as advertised. Highly recommend you use a set of tweezers to apply it as it's very thin. I installed this on a ryzen 9800x3d on an MSI AIO cooler and I get around 35c temperatures which is comparable to using a thermal compound. Would buy this product again to avoid messing with messy thermal compound.
