Supposed to have be unlocked, but was locked. Wasted a lot of time on the phone with Tracfone. Called Samsung and they looked it up and said since it’s international it came from another country and I would have to contact the seller, ask them where it came from and who the provider was and then call that company to get them to unlock it. Amazon does not have that kind of information.Lots and lots of time was wasted on this, pretty much a full day. Very annoying.

Works On Metro but NOT on Cricket. It may work on Mint.Phone is fully unlocked but is an international phone. All United States carriers are trying to force us onto accepting 5G, which is objectionable to anyone in the know.If you want 5G, buy anything else.This is a 4G ONLY phone, and if that's what you want, like I did, this is a great option for you. I had a Galaxy Note 9 that I bought new for $1200 and it was just worn out. This is an acceptable replacement.As for the seller, she was extremely helpful when I called her for advice when the phone wouldn't work on Cricket. It would work, but the network kept kicking me off with a valid SIM and phone number.Rather than port my number over, I opted to just get a new number instead, but porting to Metro is an option.Once 5G becomes mandatory I'll abandon having a mobile device and use a tablet in my semi for basic functions of work and have a landline at home.Smart Things loaded everything over perfectly and the phone functions and works excellent.The phone is very much worth the price.

Works well but a bit laggy. I bought it for my mom (in her 70s) and she's thrilled with it. I don't think I would like it for myself but for whatsapp, emails, and browsing, it's more than sufficient and the screen is nice and large. I didn't like the launcher so I changed it.

Beautiful! Works great and was able to use it right away by just putting the Sim from my dumpy old phone in it and it works great. Love it ❤️

Shipped from the US to Belize. On time. Lesson learned. Don’t ship international as a gift. Invoice must be included for seamless custom clearance. Item working as advertised. It’s only been 2 weeks.

The product was excellent, and I had no issues with activation. It was indeed unlocked.
