I was Very Satisfied with my purchase, however I would never pay $30.00 for this purchase of one pouch. Double check to make sure it's not for a pack of six which would be $5.00 per pack. Otherwise it sounds like price gouging to me and needs to be reported to Amazon and your State AG.

Have any of you tried mix it with room temp water and for how long?

Only Luke warm water and that makes it eatable, it tasted good, but boiling water is better. Even with Luke warm or room temp water wait the full time anyway. Food needs to reconstitute to be food.
