I'm a newbie when it comes to the new mini PC's. Compared to my old desktop, which I've had for at least 10 years, it looks like a mouse against goliath. That said, when you look at its specs it's clearly a serious piece of equipment. It comes with Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Obviously I was quite nervous about a machine this small performing as well as described, but I needn't have worried. Once I had connected everything to it's numerous ports and to my 5g wifi network it was a breeze to sign into Windows and configure from there. A week later and all is not only well, but is performing way better than my old, much larger machine, which was clearly wearing out. I've also managed to expand the RAM memory to 16gb (double the installed). Contrary to what the sales pitch says the installed memory should only be doubled, as this is the recommendation for the Intel Celeron processor installed. You won't get any better performance by expanding to 32gb, and there are only 2 RAM slots in the machine anyway. The internal memory can also be expanded up to 1tb if needed. Everything on screen works super fast with no lag. Also the machine is extremely quiet. I've not heard a murmor from it and it's on 24/7. I also have my emby server on it, with all my media on an external HD, and the server works perfectly well. I'm trying hard to find any fault with it to be honest. For everyday use this is perfect for my needs. However if you are a serious gamer you would probably need a machine with higher specs. Overall I'm extremely pleased I made the investment. At the price especially, this is a bargain piece of quality equipment. It's solidly made, and looks attractive too. It's also portable of course because of its size. A big thumbs up from me.

I have a previous Geekom Mini PC (IT8, i5 - now used and loved by my child!) but the IT11 is a step up again.Aesthetically, the IT11 is very pleasing. I have a very small workplace so the option to attach the PC to my monitor is fantastic. It keeps my desk clear and tidy (see attached photo).The IT11 looks and feels well made and sturdy and is extremely easy to set-up out of the box. Within minutes, I had the PC attached to my monitor (see attached photo) and my Microsoft account all set up in Windows 11.In terms of functionality, I researched for a long time (with help from my IT whizz son!) and decided to go for the i7 version. I’m impressed; it is incredibly fast and powerful. It is also surprisingly quiet. I do hear the fan kick in when it’s working really hard on something but it’s certainly not at a level that bothers me.I use the PC primarily for MS Office and Internet but I did watch some Netflix on it last night and it streamed perfectly. My children play games such as Fall Guys, Minecraft and Among Us and the graphics are great.I am a bit of a nightmare for opening lots of documents and tabs at the same time but this PC can handle it. Everything still loads quickly and efficiently.The spec is great for the price and I’m very, very happy with this PC. Is it just me who is still amazed by these Mini PCs?!? They are so brilliant!I’d just like to add that customer service at Geekom is excellent. When I bought my IT8 pc, I had a few queries and they got back to me very quickly. This was another reason that I picked Geekom again for my current PC.

Had this GT1 for a month now and it has worked well. Delivered quickly, well packed and looks and feels like a quality computer . Easy and quick to set up. This computer is fast with lots of storage. Graphics are fine for me (but then I don't play graphic intensive games, but works well for photo and video editing). Paid an extremely good price for this (under £850). Seen some reviews saying it had failed after a few months so we will see, but so far so good and very happy.

Very fast PC in a tiny package.Good build quality, no cheap no-name components as far as I can see ... all good, well known brands.Windows 11 boots almost instantly, very happy with performance so far.I identified a small problem with the PC and on contacting Geekom was requested to contact their dedicated Amazon CS Rep, Shirley, by email which I did.Shirley responded to me very quickly and worked tirelessly to try to help me resolve the problem.I'd like to thank Shirley publicly for her professional attitude and help.
