This makes it easy to train for long rocks and endurance. Keeps the weight Central and high on the back especially if it is put into a pocket or Molly system internal to the backpack. It makes the load comfortable and yet challenging. Has been used on the Norwegian Ruck march, which is 18.6 MI and the quality of product is outstanding. It is easy to put in and out of your pack, the handles make it super simple to add or remove as needed.

Great to have an affordable alternative for the Ruck bags. Fits like a glove in the compartments. Just be mindful of whether you need a tall or short version of each plate. I have the Ruck 4.0 so I have a tall compartment and a short compartment.

I really like the shape and design of this weight, is great to use for hip bridges exercises to add weight but at the same time is flat and the handles are great to hold in place while doing the hip bridges!

Fits my g* ruck bullet and a much better deal than their plates for the same thing.

I'm torn between a three and four star review for this product only because it is a full pound less than advertised. I bought the 20lb weight and am very happy with the quality, finish, etc, but I feel like the manufacturer is trying to get away with something by selling weights that are quite a bit lighter than advertised. A few ounces on a 20lb plate, fine, but a full pound is pushing it. Looking at some of the other reviews it does seem fairly common for this brand.

It fits good in the pockets on my GoRuck rucker.
