Very tasty bit expensive for 7 oz. But very good. Makes a good snack or part of a antipasto with cheese olives, peppers and fruit with afresh italian or sourdough bread.

"Chorizo Colorado"
This is actually a High Quality "Chorizo Colorado", I would have not bought it if the description had specified that fact because the taste of Paprika is overwhelming and covers the taste of the meat which is actually why I was willing to pay the extra $$. Great as a condiment for Spanish Guisos, but not for appetizer.

It’s authentic. Not very salty nor greasy
This chorizo is great for charcuterie boards. It doesn’t have that exaggerated flavor and fatty pieces that others do.

Beautiful presentation
Unfortunately the chorizo was very old that was bass and flavor specifically the color was not that should be;The radiant paprika collor, for the same reason the flavor was gone and being so old become better. I believe that if it will be a fresh chorizo the flavor will be fine, I was ready to return it but I feel embarrass after I tested to wrap it and send it back. I will give it a try it again eventually.
