Long lasting and perfect for repelling spiders. I was a bit speculative at the start for the spiders but bought an ready to use spray that lasted about a week. This gives you so much coverage for so little, you just add it to a spray bottle and dilute. Highly recommend.

This is an essential oil and should not be used direct onto the skin unless you use a carrier oil. This is essential to know. I used a few drops in the shower where the water and the steam make it ok and after towelling my hair after washing just put a few drops on my hands and then rubbed it in the ends of my hair which helps keep it smooth and hydrated. I had a bit of a cold this week and a congested nose so used the old fashioned trick of filling a basin with boiling water and breathing in the steam with a towel forming a hood over the bowl. I would normally put vapour rub in the water but used a few drops of this peppermint oil instead.
