If you are looking for a complete package, then look Only Midea .I purchased the AC 1.5 mnths ago, and until now I am impressed with what it has to offer. Installation went super smooth. The installation guys came within the same day. The installation process started, and it was done in 3 hours max.Also, for those people who are saying that they are charging money even when installation is free, you guys have no idea about how AC installation is done.The extra charges can vary heavily depending on the amount of material needed including pipe, tape and so on. In my case, it cost me 2000INR, and I am super happy with it.The build quality of the AC is excellent. The internal unit looks sleek and modern. The AC functions as advertised. It cools very nicely.

Just installed. So far all good. Will post an update in few weeks---------------------------------------------Update after 2 weeksSo the AC itself works fine for cooling, etc. But I bought the AC for it's smart features which absolutely do NOT work. The Wi-Fi gets disconnected every 3 to 4 hours once and won't reconnect automatically. So therefore you have to goto network reset mode every 3 hours to reconnect it. I Mainly bought the AC to check for it's power consumption but heck it's so useless it won't work. The app is powered by jiothings and perhaps is okay. But I think the Wi-Fi and chip used in AC is very Very useless. If you're busy AC for it's smart features please DO NOT BUY------------------------------------Update 2They changed the board, etc under warranty. Now Wi-Fi attempts to reconnect after power failure - only once. Thereafter, it won't until u manually reconfigure. But power consumption in app doesn't work or show the values--------------------------------------------Update 3The power consumption data is a joke. I bought this AC only for this feature - but it's hopelessly useless. After running AC daily for 5 plus hours @ 24° - this shows as 7 to 10 units consumed per MONTH. what a joke

I trust midea products . Other than AC I bought other products also . All are fine. It cools the room instantly. Wifi app works. Negligible noise. Remote is ok. Installation was on time. Power consumption still monitoring.

Third class product and service.Bought 2 ACs and both returned. Within 7-8 days Error code came.Their factory manager said that it has flap.issues. Photo not correct on AMAZON.Escalated matter to Top Management but very very poor response so decided to return the products.
