Excellent water bottle for keeping the liquid hot for 24 hours specially in qinters or cold areas. After using for almost 15 days I can confirm that it can maintain heat of liquid whereas many bottles don't. Its leak proof and highly durable.

Does this come with a warranty? I bought one as a Christmas gift and my wife only just started using it. It does not keep liquid warm as advertised.

I was looking for a water bottle that would hold hot water for a day and found this. It looks great inside and out, and the lid looks well insulated. But once hot water is poured in, the lid heats up (leaks heat). By the second day, the water was lukewarm. I changed to 3 stars as it is still nice bottle can hold hot for 12 hours. And also customer support contacted me even though couldn't address the issue.
