Easy to clean
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This grain mill is perfect for making flour from wheat berries. I will probably only use it once a week. It is easy to clean.

So far so good
So far so good. Easy to use and clean. You can do a fine mill or a coarse mill. Sounds good.

Not super fine
It is decent for the price, but it definitely does NOT mill wheat very fine. Won't mill like ur $300+ stand alone mills, but it will work ok till we can afford a more expensive mill (which is why we bought it). I put the wheat through twice & that seems to help break it down better. You could also sift out the big chunks if you wanted to get the finer flour. It kinda does everything in a range of super fine to almost a cracked wheat size when you have it on the finest setting. I haven't tried any of the coarser settings since the fine setting gave me everything all in one. LolI did about 3 cups of wheat and put it through twice. The kitchenaid was a little warm but nowhere near hot. Mill was not hot.Noise level is exactly what I expected (having used a mill before). The bread I made from the flour it milled turned out good. I used a bread machine for it tho (which is different than what I usually do) so I have yet to make bread the normal way. It's easy to use.

Must have attachment
absolutely love this grain mill attachment for my KitchenAid stand mixer! It was incredibly easy to set up and feels sturdy and well-made. I’ve used it to grind wheat, oats, and even buckwheat, and it handles everything with ease. The texture is adjustable, so whether I need fine flour for bread or a coarser grind for cereals, it delivers consistently great results. What I appreciate most is how much fresher the flour tastes compared to store-bought. It’s also a huge plus to be able to control exactly what goes into our baking—no additives, just pure whole grains. Cleanup is quick and straightforward, and the attachment doesn’t take up much space. This attachment has quickly become one of my favorite KitchenAid accessories. Highly recommended for anyone who bakes regularly or wants to take a step toward more homemade, wholesome cooking!

Great product!
The KitchenAid grain mill attachment has completely transformed my kitchen! As someone who values fresh, homemade ingredients, this attachment has been a game-changer. It's incredibly easy to attach to my KitchenAid mixer, and within minutes, I'm grinding my own grains for bread, pasta, and more. What I love most is the control it gives me over the milling process. I can adjust the settings to achieve the perfect consistency, whether I need a coarse grind for hearty bread or a fine grind for delicate pastries. The quality of the flour is noticeably better than store-bought, adding a depth of flavor to my baked goods that I never experienced before.

disappointing
Terrible Purchase—Avoid! This product is completely ineffective. I struggled endlessly to push pre-ground almond flour through it, resorting to using a spoon and banging the apparatus just to get it moving. It took an absurd amount of time to produce anything usable, and the result was frustratingly inefficient. This is a waste of money, and I strongly advise against buying it.
