The paper fans take a bit of time to fluff and get just right, but the string provided for them was long enough to use with command hooks. The paper lanterns were smaller than I imagined but easy to assemble and looked good in the space! (Balloons, net, ribbons, table cloth and sign all bought separately.)

These are adorable and so much bang for your buck. Surprisingly good quality! As others have said, give yourself time to fluff the poms.
