It's a little bit of a headache...but it's worth it!
I have well over 100 miles on this bike as of this review and have raced it twice so I feel like I've ridden it just enough to give a solid review. If anything of substance changes, I will come back and edit.To me, the bike resembles an older Scott Spark, which is an excellent racing bike. If you're into XC racing at all, this bike is excellent for that type of thing. With the right components, you can build this bike and weigh in around 25 lbs (mine weighs 26 with carbon bars and seat post; I could upgrade my crank and wheelset if I wanted to shed a little more weight.)As other reviewers said, the frame is light and stiff. It looks well made from every angle. I took it in multiple bike shops during the build process and everyone loved it. Cable routing is nice, matte black looks sweet, and everything is on par with what you would expect from a much higher end bike. The ride has been excellent and the recommended Rock Shox Monarch was available at an affordable price (a little over $200 brand new with lockout from Tree Fort Bikes) ...and it rides great. I'm more of a climber than a downhiller and this bike gives me the light stiffness to get up the climb quickly and then be forgiving on the descents. But she will absolutely fly (in the air and on the dirt) so just beware if you're not used to the carbon full squish. So here are the headaches...and they're not really headaches but more advice to save other potential buyers time during the build process. The hardest parts to find are the headset and rear shock bushings. (And converting your rear axle if you need it. I saw one review somewhere that said Ican gave you options. I was never given any option which was fine. Go big or go home!) You will need a bike shop that deals with more high end mountain bikes if you want help with these locally. I highly recommend that because there are SO many options for mountain bikes today that even a guy who has messed with mountain bikes for years can have a hard time ordering the right part. I chose that route for the sake of time, as well. For reference, the bottom bearing for the headset is a 52mm. I didn't order the Ican headset because it was backordered.I also don't like the way the rear thru axle works. It's sort of simple and gets the job done, but it's a headache. Be sure that your axle is tight and that the set screw holding the nut of your rear axle is tight. To me, that's the major difference between this frame and an expensive name brand frame. This frame has a primitive and generic rear axle assembly, while name brand frames have a smoother and simpler design. Having said that, that little headache is a small price to pay and once you get it right, you're golden. All things considered, I love this bike. I raced a 27.5 Ellsworth a few weeks ago and lost to a guy by 10 minutes. Two weeks later on this bike, I beat that same rider by 9 minutes. I know it wasn't all the bike, but this bike is FAST. I was riding an aluminum Trek Full Suspension HiFi (nearly identical to the Trek Full Suspension Superfly) before this and I can tell you this bike is the better ride. (I broke the rear chain stay on the HiFi which is why I tried this frame.) Ask any questions you want and I'll try to help. I love that carbon is available for less than a dependable car through Ican. It's a little bit of a headache to build, but absolutely worth it.

Light & surdy frame
The frame is light and surdy. Came in on schedule. Don t have anything to compare it too because this my 1st carbon frame. Can't wait for the frame to become a fully assembled.

Amazing Frame
This Frame is very light and very sturdy. This frame is all most like the Yeti ASR, great quality frame and the internal cabling is routed for: rear disc brake, rear derailleur, rear shock for lockout or external routed dropper post. The Customer service from ICAN was awesome, they even sent me pictures of the frame before they sent it. The Shipping was very fast, about 5-7 days. I highly recommend ICAN. Feel free to ask questions.

Vary good for price. I bought a titanium lower pivot bolt extra strength it’s a 12mmx65mm shoulder titanium bolt
Shipping was really fast! About a week. Frame was packaged vary good lots of bubble wrap. I’ve rode it once and was impressed no issues everything is tight and works as should. I did replace the lower pivot bolt with a titanium one from RaceTech titanium. I just don’t trust the hollow aluminum one for my aggressive riding. Make sure you use blue locktite on the Hanger bolts.
